If you are looking for a quiet location to stay, easy access to the island of Venice, this is it. Surrounded by residential properties, this hotel is fantastic if you are a light sleeper. Very quiet. The rooms are very clean, good sized and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is a delicious spread of cold savoury and sweet options. Very impressed that gluten free options were available.

The room was super clean and the hotel well maintained. Breakfast was made with a big heart and, while petite, had a good variety of options, including some vegan croissants and pastries. It is really close to Bus Line 2 which takes you directly to and from Venice in less than 30 minutes. Bus Line 2 next stop is the Mestre Train Station to which the line 15? takes you to and from the Airport at a very low cost. The area feels safe.

I love, love this place, especially our room. The beautiful romantic manner in which the feature wall rose paper was tastefully matched to the light shades. It was a pleasure to wake up to each morning and enter each day after enjoying the most beautiful city in the world. The staff were exceptional and greeted daily with a smile and advice. We were on our honeymoon and our first stop in Rome. We could not have asked for a better start to our 6 weeks away. Thank you for making it so special. Hope to return again someday. Modern outfits and efficient operations were impressive. Sylvia, the main staff at the counter, was extremely efficient and kind to explain how to access Venice. The location was superb - the Mestre train station is within visibility. just around the corner, take a local bus to Venice, then to the inner city by water boat. Grocery markets and cafeteria are within a few minutes of walking distance. Such a convenient place to visit Venice.

Quite neighbourhood, yet near Mestre train station. Hotel / Room was relatively new, large and clean. Best part is that Bus No. 2 to Piazzale Roma, Venice is just round the corner. Very easy to get to Venice in 10 minutes by this bus and return to the hotel. You can also buy the Venice 24 hrs bus/boat travel pass from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
